- Program Evaluation – We provide rigorously designed quantitative and qualitative evaluations using both process and outcome measures. The findings are presented in clear and concise reports with results and recommendations which capture best practices and inform program management.
- Grant Writing – PAI staff are seasoned professional grant writers who have received hundreds of grant applications for various funders.
- Survey Development – We develop surveys to collect all types of data particularly changes in attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and perceptions; service needs, customer/client satisfaction, etc. using the latest technology such as scanable forms and electronic methods.
- Data Collection– PAI collects data using both quantitative and qualitative methods such as surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, content analysis, and Photo Voice.
- Data Analysis– PAI analyzes raw data collected by organizations around performance, customer/client satisfaction, needs assessment data and pre/post-test data on various implemented programs and curricula. The staff is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques and software.
- Fidelity Monitoring – Many funders require that grantees implement evidence- based programs. The expectation is that these will be implemented according to prescribed protocol. To do so requires rigorous documentation to ensure program fidelity. While programs have the technical expertise to deliver program services, many lack the time or ability to monitor the program implementation process in order to ensure evidence-based results. PAI is able to provide this service as a program fidelity monitor.
- Needs Assessment – We conduct needs assessment to help organizations make data-driven decisions about funding or resource allocation using such methods as surveys, community mapping, and focus groups.
- Training – We provide training in a number of areas such as grant writing, logic model development, program evaluation, how to start a nonprofit, board governance, grant management and performance and fidelity monitoring.
- Literature Reviews – We write literature reviews to support concept papers, major research initiatives and grants.
- Report Writing – We provide assistance to organizations that have collected data and need someone to write the findings. We also write annual reports.
- Organizational Capacity Development—We provide training and technical assistance to community and faith-based organizations, boards, and foundations to help them develop the skills and ability to implement and manage their program initiatives.
